Valoració: Una explosió de fruits de bosc amb un toc de vainilla, pebre, cacau i cafè. Un vi estructurat amb taní vellutat.
Fermentació: 6 mesos en barrica de roure francès.
Maridatges: carns vermelles, guisats, formatges semicurats i xocolata negra.
Consell: Servir a una temperatura entre 14ºC i 16ºC
